In addition, we will remove any information, photographs or other data that you submit that is indecent, distasteful, offensive or objectionable. You are solely responsible for all data that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on the website.
4. By submitting information, photographs or other data to the website, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license(s) to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such information, photographs or other data on the website or in other forms of media.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and major vendors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of information, photographs or other data you submit, post, or otherwise make available through the website or your use of the website.
